Last issue of ALBA News magazine is out! In this publication, you will find science reports of experiments and upgrades performed in ALBA's beamlines and accelerators. The focus of the main issue is on the strategic plan of ALBA and future developments. There is also an article about one of our industrial users: Crysforma and some details about the ALBA Open Day and other events recently organised. As a novelty, this issue contains two new sections: "Science in detail", where professor John Helliwell describes the impact of the auxin hormones, and "The Interview" with Andreu Mas-Colell, chairman of the Council Rector of ALBA and Minister of Economy and Knowledge of the Catalan government. Addressed to the scientific community interested in the use of synchrotron radiation, ALBA News is a four-monthly magazine with the aim of informing about the main activities of ALBA.
